Our Story

New Era Services, LLC is a home health care provider of choice for those seeking quality services for themselves or their loved ones. Founded in 2003, NES have been providing quality services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Wayne county area. In 2005, we expanded our services to include the senior citizens population. We are owned and operated by a mother and daughter duo who have a passion for helping those in need. In addition to our traditional home health care services, we have also expanded our services to include private duty care.

We offer a wide range of services, from transportation to and from appointments to reminding/observing medication administration, monitoring health and safety, going on outings in the community, and assisting with personal care. Beatrice Culton is the CEO of New Era Services, LLC, a home health care organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, she brings a strong foundation of academic achievement and practical expertise to her leadership role. Beatrice has built a reputation for integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for independence, dignity, and quality of life for the people her agency serves. As a leader, she guides her team with vision, purpose, and accountability, making a lasting impact in the community and setting high standards in care.

LaPresas is a dedicated teacher and co-owner of New Era Services LLC, a family-run home healthcare agency founded by her mother. With a passion for caregiving and education, she is proud to help continue her mother’s mission of providing compassionate, reliable, and dignified care for families in the community.
